Let's be honest...betrayal hurts. It sucks. It's unexpected. It's sad. It is associated with so many negative connotations but it also opens the door for growth. Sometimes we won't ever get or understand the "why" and to be honest thats not really important. The main takeaway is that they made a choice. That's on them. The ones who are not sorry and think they are entitled will try to blame you and manipulate you into blaming yourself for their actions. Walk away from those people. Actually, run away. FAST!
It is free to keep it real. We are all responsible for the choices that we make. Sometimes, we can't see past our current realities so betrayal can really knock us down...temporarily. It is completely okay to go through the motions when dealing with it but after a while, make the decision to GET UP! It will be okay. I promise. Love yourself enough to rely on yourself. You don't need that man or that woman. They don't make you.You make you!

Take some time to get back on your feet. Work on yourself mentally, physically, spiritually, financially, etc. Boss up, stand tall, never fall. Elevate so much that they don't know you anymore. They may think they know you but that was the old version of you. Access NO LONGER granted but...thank you for that betrayal. I am so thankful that seasons change. Well wishes, no hate, just ELEVATE!
