I am unbelievably busy at this time in my life! I have so much going on. I will spare the never-ending list but to give you a clue, I will share five of the things that are constantly in rotation.

I should add laundry because that's a job in itself. I do more than the things that I listed but today I am really feeling tired. Just exhausted! I slept great last night thanks to some vegan spaghetti and rain that wouldn't let up. I slept better than I have in a long time but I am still...tired. I am looking forward to reuniting with my bed in a few short hours but I had to take a moment to realize some things. It is extremely important to work on my own stuff. I see that my company is last on the list above. It isn't last in my mind and the vision that I have for it is astronomical! But how do I make the vision a reality? I keep working. See...when my vision is accomplished, items 2-4 will be irrelevant. I do items two and three because I have to and I like to. Number 4 is personal but it is not mandatory.
During this journey, I have struggled with being the best candidate for a job that I will eventually leave. We all need to redefine some things. We really don't have a lot of hours in a day and we don't have a lot of years in life. I am 38 years old and I am starting over in a sense. It's okay though. My experiences helped me to grow! I am in no way complaining. I am just realizing that we must be about the business of our business. I am already qualified for my own job! I need more content. That equals more work but it is worth it. Just like I have a schedule for my other things, I need a schedule for my business!
If we don't make our own dreams come true, someone will hire us to make theirs come true!
There is nothing wrong with working for someone else and doing a job that you love (or hate) because we have to do what we have to do in life!
